Yes we do. For details and procedure, please contact your pet insurance company beforehand.

Is a referral required to see a specialist?

Referrals are welcome but not required. You can contact VEC directly to schedule a specialist consultation.

Yes. VEC offers home vet service that delivers expert care directly to your home.

After a house call consultation, will arrangements be made if my pet needs hospitalization?

Yes. If hospital care is needed, VEC can arrange for transportation and admission to our 24-hour hospital at Kennedy Town.

Is there any installment payment available for pet surgeries and hospitalization?

VEC provides 6 months installment payment under Hang Seng Bank credit card.

Am I allowed to visit my pet while they’re staying at the hospital?

Yes. Visits are welcome and encouraged to support your pet during recovery. Coordinate with the staff for suitable visiting times.

Yes. VEC is a 24 hours emergency clinic, we open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and on public holidays.

Do you handle only emergencies, or do you also offer routine veterinary care?

VEC provides both emergency and routine veterinary services.

What should I do in a pet emergency? Do I need to make a booking?

No booking is required. In an emergency:
