家中細膽老貓係 12 月大髀傷口流血, 埋口幾日又再流血, 本來帶佢去睇醫生, 但貓貓唔肯入籠, 最後搵左 VEC 上門服務, 經兩次診症後, 最後決定帶佢去診所, 去到診所，醫生亦可以安排即日做手術, 最後割了腫瘤, 手術後貓貓傷口埋得唔錯, 唔需要回診, 貓貓亦唔需要再受驚, 而且價錢合理, 醫生同姑娘好專業, 感謝 VEC 醫生同姑娘 !

Really thank you so much for all the doctors especially Dr. Koo, he is caring not only for the dog but also for the owner. Additionally, we thank you for all the nurses and especially Kai. They are all kindness and caring even as owners always ask questions about the situation of the dog and they gave us very quick response all the way.

I recently took my cat to this clinic due to a urinary issue. I was very worried and anxious at the time, but the veterinarian's patience, professionalism, and friendliness made me feel at ease. She explained the situation in detail and provided me with a lot of helpful advice. I am extremely grateful for her care and assistance! I highly recommend this clinic to all pet owners！

I highly recommend this pet clinic! Not only are the veterinarians very professional, but the staff are also incredibly friendly. My dog is usually scared of going to the vet, but the doctors and nurses here are so gentle that my dog felt completely at ease, even wagging its tail! The consultation process is clear and transparent. The clinic environment is also clean and tidy, this is definitely a trustworthy place!

我對這間獸醫中心印象非常深刻！工作人員服務周到，非常樂於助人和友善。醫生對我的寵物提供了詳細的反饋，而且 WhatsApp上的回應也十分迅速！他們真的會把動物放在第一位，而非試圖讓顧客花冤枉錢。我真的感到很欣慰，謝謝 VEC！😊

好專業嘅建議。我隻貓打乞嗤同眼部有分泌物，所以我將佢帶黎香港獸醫急症中心。經過仔細檢查後，我地發現佢有輕微嘅支氣管炎。護士竭盡所能為我地提供建議同示範，我覺得佢地真係好關心主人同寵物。
Dr Martin 好仔細，除咗幫佢睇皮膚問題之外，仲提醒咗我哋可以注意嘅地方，檢測同諮詢過程都非常細心同溫柔☺️
